Hello there, i am back with my kick start Monday blog.
This blog is dedicated to eye makeup, i am sharing two of the must haves in your makeup kit for the eyes.
1. Ulta glitter eye shadow top coat
2. Bourjois khol and contour eye pencil
First up is ULTA glitter eye shadow top coat, was in search of glitter eye shadows since ages, and glad I got hands on these while shopping online on www.ulta.com, So here is the review.
Product Description: Net weight of the product is 0.091oz/ 2.3g, shades are HIGH MAINTENANCE and GOLD DIGGER.
PRODUCT REVIEW: First shade is High maintenance, kinda black with glitter, super pigmented and best for quick smoky looks, you can apply this with a soft base color on the eye lid and merge it with good quality blending brush, the brush I use is by Luscious Cosmetic, which i am gonna review in my blog about my brush collection very soon.
Second shade is Gold digger, this shade is kinda silver rather than gold only when you apply it in day time, but it's super pigmented, and can be use as a highlighter on the crease, also for the quick smoky look, both high maintenance and gold digger can be used together.This product is very cost effective, as i got this for 750 Pkr approx 8$ without shipping charges from USA. Next up is Bourjois Khol and Contour Eye pencil,one of my personal favorite product, i am using this product since a year now.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: According to the company, Bourjois khol and contour eye pencils are enriched with pure pigments, this kohl allows for an intense result from the very first stroke and lasts up to 16 hours,Its soft and blend able formula, ideal to apply both on the inner and outer rims of the eye. Hypo-allergenic, with natural wax and vitamin E, it is gentle on the delicate eye contour area. Available in 7 shades.
PRODUCT REVIEW: The only shade I use is Ultra Black, It gives a super smooth look, long lasting coverage, doesn't even smudge on its own, for blending or smudging blending brush can be used, for simple looks, one can apply directly to the lower portion of the apply, where we usually put kajal. This product is very cost effective, i got this for 800 Pkr / approx 8$ , the usage of the product can be seen in the picture above, i bought this 6 months ago and use it on daily basis, so this makes the product very light on the pocket. Best part of the product is sharpener attached to cap of the pencil, very easy to use and covered with a additional plastic cap for safety reasons, For swatches please take a look at the swatches below:
