People new to this trend may have these two questions, What are these books for? and how do they help in Stress Relief?

My answer would be, they are printed version of doodles, for which one have to sit, decide and colour. An activity one can perform whenever they get time, for some people this will be totally opposite to what they do in their professional life, not everybody does colour in routine, so opp-ting for this technique as their pass time can be super relaxing. Basically the key is to keep in mind that this is a never ending task, there is no deadline to meet on and no one is their to judge.

So, for those who want to follow the trend but they want something different, or for the ones who think these pre printed patterns will get boring as time passes by, here is the solution, you just have to buy a spiral bound art pad, some colours and makers, I will mention the companies for you guys to look up for.

So, following are the steps to create your own stress relieving book without a printer:

STEP NO.1: Get your self a sketching pad.

                                                      "Sketch Pad"

STEP NO.2 : Buy good quality, support supplies, which includes, pencilscoloursmarkers, highlighters, etc

                                                      "Colouring supply"

STEP NO 3 : Start up with doodling your thoughts for the cover, then to your interests and gradually work on creating your own patterns to colour.

"Can be a simple doodle like this"
